when should a vivcity 50 battery be replaced?

I bough 50cc vivacity 4 years ago. got it serviced 2 years ago. hasnt been run since then as I bought another bike.
The battery is not charging, indicators dont work, horn is dead, cannot start with auto ignition...petrol leaving on high revs

Strip carb down
Put new spark plug in.
and air filter

Job done and it will be fine

if battery not used for that time.IT IS DEAD AS A DODO.you need a new one .
