Hi Ian, The F08 error code on your appliance relates to a faulty heater relay on your main circuit board, the only fix for this is to renew the relay which is soldered to it, which to be honest is a lot of messing even when you know what your doing or replace the entire circuit board.
The new boards come blank & need programming with a special 'smart card & reader' relative to the appliance they're going in.
