Hi Smiffy, When you remove the crankshaft pulley you are left with the sprocket flange,there is a hole in the flange which allows you to lock the crankshaft, it lines up for locking out at the 12 oclock position a 5mm drill bit will do the trick and the camshaft locks out at about the 10 to 12 position an 8mm drill bit will do for that,you may have to rotate engine a few times to get the correct alignment of crank and cam before locking out, just one thing to bear in mind whilst you dont need to lock the fuel pump for removal you will need to fit a 5mm drill bit into the fuel pump at about the 20 past position on refitting of the new belt if you dont the car will run like a bag of spanners. hope this helps. regards Sam
