Have the above fridge freezer. Two days ago, freezer defrosted (lost all the food). The lights are on, making the 'normal' fridgey sounds but the fridge and freezer are not getting cold!
PLEASE COULD ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IS CAUSING THIS?
