had similar problem with my beko machine, try removing the front kick-panel at bottom right side of machine, and unscrew the filter cap, a lot of the time things like coins, paper, hair-clips etc, get lodged in the filter/pump area, try cleaning out this area first then retry, what model number is your machine??, the one I had was a WMA520W
