lack of fuel in the prime bubble?

I have replaced my primer bubble with a new one.when you press the prime bubble,it some times trickles some fuel in the bottom of the bubble.and some times it dose nothiing at all.Please could any one help.i'm stertin to lose my temper with this mcculloch tm210.thanks...

Make sure there's enouhg gas in the tank to cover the "pickup", or the hole where the gas line exits the fuel tank. You may need to tip the trimmer to accomplish that. Also, check for an obstruction in the line.
