how can i fix my windscreen washers?

citroen saxo 1.4, 54 plate, no blown fuses relays all ok. washers worked intermitantly then packed up!

mine have done this i got a new pump can pick 1 up for bout £10 but now the back washer wont work so think it could be electrical
