With paperwork (permanently?) lost and no sign of a manufacturers plate on my Bosch oven (an under-worktop electric model) is there a way of finding out the model number? All I've found is under 3 barcodes at the back:

Bought Xmas 2003 - bit surprised it's packed up actually - certainly hasn't been over-used.
