Hayter lawnmower problem?

I have a hayter mower fitted with a briggs and stratton quantum xm 35 petrol engine.
model 121882 type 0419-01 code 9301085
The engine fires and turns over 4 or 5 times then cuts out also petrol is leaking from the air intake.
