I have flushed out the tank with clean water, but still particles of flacky material some resembling a lining material are deposited around the toilet bowl. Only clean water with the fluid has been used in the flushing system.
I understand the model to be the C200CW manual flush

ive seen a few like this,usually because the owner has added chem cleaner to the flush tank,blue/green and not the rinse,pink colour
