Error code FF on my Proform Treadmill?
My husband and I purchased a Proform Treadmill June 1st. Got the treadmill home put it together and it worked just fine. The particular model we purchased had an IFit component. Had used the treadmill for about 3 weeks. On Wednesday July 7, I pulled the i Fit card from the slot after completing the workout and the treadmill shut down completley. Console showed error code of FF. We tried everything the manual told us to try to reset the machine. Nothing worked. Called customer service and was told that what it sounded like to them was that the iFit card had scrambled the computer memory. Their solution to the problem was to send me a programmed card that i would place in the iFit card slot and it would reset the computer memory on the machine. Have not received the card. Contacted them today and was told that the card was not in stock and they were unsure when it would be in. Then it would take another seven to ten days once they received the card before it would be sent out to us. Has anyone else had this particular problem
and if so how was it solved? This treamill has been used less than a month.
