car temperature light comes on when stationary heaters not very hot some pipes hot in places radiator cold air keeps comeing out bleed pipe when reving car water comes out top of radiator when cap is off and air bubbles replaced thermostat is this water pump where water is not circulating or head kaskit

you could try your theamostat first if ok then look at water pump, i would empty the system change theamostat fill with coolant and try again, if still the same change pump. take your oil filler cap off and look at it to see if there is a creamy look to the oil, if not then h/gasket should be o.k.
