how can i fix my car alarm vauxhall zafira 02?

alarm goes off frequently during the day, but not at night. every 2-3 hrs. would appreciate some ideas of help how to solve this problem.

mine`s doing the same. covered sensors still carried on, took alarm horn out still carried on with car horn. took horn fuse out, still carried on. occurs about three times a day. have you fixed your`s if so how...help.
