DNA 125 Need to warm up for 4 or 5 mins for it to run ok.

When running warm/hot runs fine. Or if weather is nice and sunny.

Is it the auto choke?? any other ideas. If it is how do I fix it

The only other things to check are the choke jet to make sure its clear thats inside the carb and also that the accelerator pump is working this is a common fault with these carbs a small black platic arm should push a rod and plunger down into the float bown of the carb everytime you open the throttle and squirt a jet of petrol into the venturi of the carb if its stuck (the arm) or the plunger it wont work and then you dont get the extra fuel it needs to run right.it will be on the right hand side of the carb have a look there.

you can tell if its working by feeling it,make the choke accessible and take the plastic shroud off from around it,start the bike and let it run for a few minutes
then feel the choke and see if its warm it should get warm if its working if it dont it aint.
