Over the past several months, the freezer temperature would go up and the frozen food would thaw. Then on its own would refreeze. A week later, it would happen again. The refrigerator side seemed to continue to cool even when the freezer wasn't working. After another two week of working fine, the freezer is now 40 degrees today and the refrigerator is not cooling either. Any idea what it could be?
