something stuck inside the drum of my hotpoint WMA54 washing machie ?

hello ,

i have a problem with my washing machine , the drum doesn't want to run or spin and i think that there is something stuck inside it .
does anyone know how to open the machine and take out things that are stuck under the drum inside the machine ???

If your machine agitates or wash but would not spin it could be the clutch is worn. Generally if something is stuck you should be able to put your fingers below and pull it out. Very rarely does the clothing go further inside the machine.
