Samsung USA f/freezer Rs21, problem under warenty? ?
I went onto the samsung site and booked an appointment for engineer to come out under warranty that was 4 weeks ago, it says do not call again once logged, but as you have no way on knowing if they recd your message, I did log again...still heard nothing, now 6 weeks, anyone know a different route,, Not to have it working in this heat is maddening. she has a 5 year warranty She freezes up at the bottom of the fridge...
we are nursing it along to keep food cold. Help please
