Black lines on copies?

I have a Canon NP 6220 and it makes black lines, the full length of the copy. If you remove the drum you can gently wipe off the inky lines but they come back in 3 copies. How can I fix this

The Drum is not being cleaned properly. There are two solutions, replace the drum unit or you can get a replacement drum and cleaner blade form a company called KATUN
