what do i use to lower spare wheel from 2001 transit minibus i only have ford wheel brace

look at spare wheel should be a cable coming off it into a square box,this box is your winder holding the cable which lowers the wheel,there should be a wind down bar along with your jack etc,this wil either access the winder box through the back valance,a plug in the floor or through the o/s chassis leg
