Heater problems Mondeo 2.0L TDCI 2004?

Could anybody PLEASE help,
My heater on my car is stuck on hot and i have no control from my heater controls. It only blows air from the windscreen vent. The control panal lights up when you push the direction buttons but there is no change.
Thanks for any help in advance.
