An electric push lawnmower.
Press starter button, pull lever and normally it starts.
Now it clicks, a metallic clunk and then that electrical humming sound.

I checked the mains cable, the connectors, took the top off, checked that the blades and fly wheel rotate, nothing obvious.

Help!
