How can i fix my Zanussi Frost Free Fridge Freezer ZX57/3?

Started noticing a small pool of water (on the floor outside) at the bottom of the freezer section. After inspecting the compartment i found that there was a layer of ice on the bottom (not sure if that is relevant), but more importantly there was water in the bottom part of the black rubber seal when i pulled it forward slightly; there seem to be a couple pinholes in the door that water/liquid is coming from. Is this something that can be reslolved? Many Thanks

switch off fridge freezer. remove drawers from freezer.remove panel at back of compartment, four screws, one at each corner. behind this panel you will find the cooling coils and circulating fan, etc. at the bottom of the compartment there is a drainage channel,at the centre of this drainage channel a hole should drain the water off when freezer defrosts, but every so often this hole gets covered over with ice and water runs out through the bottom of the freezer door, clear the ice, reassemble, should be ok till next time.
