Do you know the fault with my Mercedes CLS 320 CDI 2006?

My car has developed a loud dry screaching noise when turning steering wheel coming from o/s/f wheel and squeaks when going over uneven road surfaces any ideas please getting worse.

sounds as if you have a dry joint but would jack up and check balljoints,steering joints,broken spring,and top strut bearing,good luck
