How can I remove nut holding blade on my flymo mower?

The blade on my flymo mower needs replacing but the holding nut has seized on. Tried WD4 without success. Any ideas?

Will try that. Many thanks for help

When they are this tight i use a large pair of Stilsons, this will remove it easily, as the plastic head of the bolt is part of the double insulation it should be replaced if damaged

It is a large black plastic six sided nut and I have tried the special spanner that came with the mower and also a mole wrench but it is totally seized on and wd40 has had no effect. The mower is electric. Thanks for your reply
