take off wheel, jack car up and put onto axle stands, you need to put bricks/wooden blocks under brake disks, undo nut on ball joint until it is level with top of thread and use a ball joint splitter, or hit the top of ball joint nut with a small lump hammer until ball joint pops free. good luck
