Gearbox specialist said the gearbox put itself into safe mode because of an electrical problem? What part of the electrical setup can cause it to happen? Only done 53000 miles??
model/petrol/deisel/fault codes/etc. Unfortunately many faults outside of the box seemingly unconnected can cause a problem. Battery, alternator,plugs, coils, tyres and even car radios.
