My Kenmore Elite 110.60982990 dryer quit blowing heat. What to do?

My Kenmore Elite 110.60982990 Type DDOT-ELE-2406-028-EH54 will not heat. Everything else works. I have had it repaired 3 times in the last 4 months. Any suggestions?
