How can I complete the connection of a new thermostat to a Tricity Built in?

I have recently had to replace the Temperature control Thermostat in the main oven of a 12 year old Tricity Bendix Built in Cooker BD921/2W. Although the company that I purchased the part from assured me the the part was the correct stat for the cooker, it is slightly different than the original. The original stat was numbered 42-97 47TH9/F8 and what was supplied was an ET52B001/F8 50/08 - both manufactured by DIAMOND H CONTROLS for the Electolux group. My problem is to where to connect on the new stat, the white wire running from connection 2 ( on the old stat the connection was to a point 'H' on the top of the stat) and secondly where to connect the blue neutral running from the Timer clock. (on the old stat the connection was to a point 'F' on the top of the stat. All the connections remaining on the new stat are on the sides can anyone help me please as I cannot seem to be able to locate a wiring diagram for either of the stats.

a genuine stat comes with a wiring diagram and tells you which wires to cut from the timer depending on model
