Phone the number in the back of book - they charge £118 (or so) for an "all-in" price (inc parts, labour and VAT). We had some problems with our timer and gas ring - all fixed now, inc a fault that presented itself on the 2nd (repair) visit. Good value if you have a major fault like yours sounds.
