Hi, my dyson gets very hot then cuts out and smells funny, ive took off motor filter and underside is black with black dust on plastic,ive checked the moter brushes there fine, when filter is off it works fine and no smell, do i need to change motor filter then if so why dose it say on filter permanent lifetime?. thankyou very much, martin.
