loosen wheel bolts, jack up car remove wheel, remove brake calipar, tie up with string to stop it from putting a strain on fluid pipe, undo small grub screw, and tap old disk off, this may be a bit tight but if you tap it with a rubber mallet then it should come off. give area a good clean before fitting new disk. refiting is reverse of removal but you need to do both disks and fit new brake pads. good luck
