kenmore refrigerator #25371882102 wont get cold?

4 years old we cleaned out the dust and hair still wont cool freezer works fine any suggestions that I can do dont have alot of money

I had the same issue...it was the thermostat located in the freezer compartment. It went out during the first 6 months. It was not terribly expensive, but it lets me know that they have an issue with this model.
