My Indesit D63 recently stopped working. I identified the problem as a faulty drain pump and have successfully replaced it. I put the whole thing back together again and refilled the salt chamber with salt and water and the machine starts its cycle normally by draining the excess water from the base of the machine.

However, the machine does not go on to fill up with water and the insides remain dry. I can hear the pump trying to suck water from the water supply, so I don't think that's the problem.

Any ideas?
