do i replace belt if not spinning, have not checked machine yet, but sometimes spins if i turn agetatior by hand, done that. today, but not ingageing at all now.it is a kelvinator 380 automatic delux, very old machine. have had it repaired a couple of times over the years, but is starting to play up again. what do you advise?
