The fan on our Baxi 105e Instant runs constantly?

The fan on our Baxi 105e Instant seems to run constantly unless we turn the boiler off. I have only noticed this in the last week or so, and think it used to turn off before when the boiler was not operating. According to the manual it should stop when the burner switches off. It seems ok otherwise.
Any ideas?

Different issue entirely to the fan running constantly, suggest the room thermotat is not turned up fa enough

On doing some more checks I have discovered that although the hot water seemsto be working ok, the heating is not working. The symbol does not light nor does the burner

If the boiler is in rest mode ie: no demand.

Either sticking/faulty microswitches (HW or CH) or faulty relay on PCB
