Im having serious problems with 04 plate renault megane sports tourer!! my upc box went due to corrosion about 18 months ago.. and now its gone again due to the same thing!! how could it possibly go again!! surely there is a fault with the part, and renault being the useless F**** that they are only give a 12 month warranty on their parts! this is unfair as the part going was not down to the driver and for the same thing to happen again! now they are saying they have to replace it with the same rubbish part and charge me another 1000.00 for it to go again in another 18 months!! does anyone know of anything i can do? many thanks :)

Kick up a stink! Let as many people know as possible,write to BBC watchdog, motoring magazines & find internet websites to tell the world, they won't like negative publicity. It sometimes works!
