how will i kx..now if the cdi of my kawasaki AR 80 are basted?tn?

coz it cannot run smoothly,besides its newly rebored and has a very noisy YRS muffler.

the cdi will not spark if its not working or be very advanced at least,its more likeley to be a carburation fault or a reed valve or crankseal problem.does it have an electrical misfire?
