if you don't know how to reset to factory defaults please don't give the wrong information and so get the posters hopes up

try and switch the mains power to the control panel,also disconnect the internal bettery. when you have done this reconnect battery insert factory default code 1234 or 1111 or 0000 press reset and enter.you may have to make 3 attempts before itworks.make sure you press new code button before each attempt.
