lift up the seat,then undo the panel in the middle of the botom of the seat bucket then you will see the carb open the throttle up and you will see the cable that is moving and also attachd to a small brass coloured wheel the wheel butts up against the tickover screw when the throttle is lt go,just screw the screw in clockwise until it ticks over happy.
