i have a roger black compact treadmil AG11302 treadmill which has started making a knocking noise, any ideas why?

The front roller of your treadmill has bearing assembly at both ends. It sounds like one (or both) of your roller bearings have partially collapsed/seized.

Replacement bearings are cheap (about £2 each) but getting to them and replacing is tricky unless you are technically minded
