how can i fix my samsung smart wash b12455?

the propeller has come off the pump. behind the filter, has anyone any ideas how easy it is to fit a new pump and how much it is?

1. How can I get the door open to my washing machine as the clothes are stuck inside
2. the door is stuck after what sounded like a snap when I tried to open it - can a new door be fitted
