Depends on the make of engine. If it's their own Chinese sourced engine then you won't get a crank- full stop.
Any other make suchas briggs and stratton or Honda then go to the relevant dealer for that brand. If it's a Honda engine it's not economical to replace- even if you do it yourself. If it's a Briggs engine and you do it yourself then maybe it's worth doing- forget if if you pay someone to do it. It's cheaper, easier and quicker to replace the engine. Providing it doesn't out weigh the cost of the mower.
