the fridge is working fine the problem im having is with the freezer
its not keeping food frozen the fan is working you can feel a bit of cold but not enough to keep food frozen
I have exactly the same problem with my Nextra HCF 5176. Doesn't matter what setting it's on, the freezer just isn't getting cold enough, yet the fridge temperature is fine.
