my older craftsman rototiller with a 5 horsepower briggs&stratton side shaft drive has a bad bearing opposite the flywheel. there is a 6 ballbearing pullstart assemblly with 2 screw holes that hold the screen on. are those 2 holes where i should attach a bearing puller?

Good lord, dont for heavens sake put a puller on there, this is actually the flwheel nut, there is a special tool to grip and ondo it, it is a normal r/h thread, without the correct tool, i leave it to you how you wish to undo it
