What are the settings for a dellorto carb fhc20?

I too am having problems with my wee sister's mountfield laser 3.7 hp mower. It has a Tecumseh Prisma engine with a Dellorto FHC20 carburettor. Can you tell me what the settings are for this carb? Many thanks.
