my oven switches off around 15 minutes into whatever i cook and when i relight it , it sometimes knocks off again, and i can smell gas sometimes but i think that is due to the relighting?
Sounds like you need a new regulator in the oven, this allows the right amount of gas through to heat the oven.Or it could be blocked jets in the long cast iron pipe in the oven.
