hello ive just read kate message bout her ghd im having the same problem im not getting the red indication light and they are not heating up ive got the box and manufacturers guarantee but hav'nt got the receipt ive changed the fuse but still nothing! im not sure what i should do next i ordered them off the ghd web site, if any one could help i would really appreciate it as i can't live without them and hav'nt got another hundred pounds for them thanks love emma.
