My washing machine -a hotpoint aquarius 1100 washdryer - only washes with cold water and the tumble dryer does not heat up either (apart from that the machine works fine). There are 2 wires unattached - looks like they have been cut through. 1 orange and 1 red - I'd like to know if this is anything to do with the problem.
