where can you get spares for ghd straightners?

my wifes ghd straightners have stopped working, I think the problem is the TOC, because its gone open circuit. Does anyone know where I can get spares, the model is ghd 3.1B.

Dont buy GHD again. They have a company policy of refusing to supply parts - even the plug in cable!
