My 1991 ducato will not change into third gear but only on changing down, does anyone have instructions on which rod to adjust for which gear??

you cant really adjust ,the gear linkage is rubbish on these vans and is over complicated.they were made for left hand drive so they had to invent this contraption to make it work.you will need to look under the leaver for wear there and on the gearbox ,also there are a few rods ,if your not sure phone delfin(google them)they can help you,i know these vans really well
